OUR STORY
Colorado & Cannabis

Sunshine Daydream Acres was founded by Pat & Lyndsy Nunn in 2018. Their backgrounds in the equine industry led them on a journey to give back to the animals they love so much. Based on peer
recommendations, articles and studies, along with their own experiences, they put together a
product line specially geared towards horses and dogs. Recognizing the results, they developed
the perfect tincture for people as well, so that the whole family was included.
Sunshine Daydream Acres was founded with a focus on health and healing in the high mountains of Colorado.
Plans for 2020 are to complete the physical location, which will offer therapeutic
massage services and a complete line of hemp extract based topical products.

1. What is full spectrum hemp extract?
Hemp extract refers to the naturally occurring compounds extracted solely from the hemp (Cannabis Sativa) plant. All of our products are phytocannabinoid rich, full spectrum and full of terpenes, resulting in one of the finest hemp extract products on the market. We believe all of the compounds of the hemp plant work synergistically, and it is important to keep them intact and together.
2. Are these products legal in my state?
All of our products are audited and certified by a third-party company to ensure that they are legal across the United States, in accordance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. Visit MJPS LLC for more information on our compliance strategy. UPDATE: Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to the following U.S. States: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, or South Dakota.
3. Will these products show up on a drug test?
All of our products are full spectrum, which means they contain a full profile of cannabinoids from the hemp plant. There is a legal, trace amount of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in all of our products. While, there is not enough to produce any intoxicating effect, it is possible for THC to show up on a drug test.
4. Where do your products originate from?
Our hemp comes from licensed Colorado farms. All of our processing, manufacturing and independent testing is performed in Colorado.
5. Can you make any product or dosage recommendations, or help me with my health concerns?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not allow us to make any recommendations related to our products and specific health conditions. The FDA requires all hemp products to be treated as food and not nutritional supplements. There is a large variance in how much someone should take, and the serving size on the label may not be accurate for every person, pet or horse.
6. What is Cannabidiol (CBD)?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one cannabinoid of many found in the hemp plant and is the most widely recognized. The amount of hemp extract indicated on our labels is the concentration of cannabidiol in the product.
7. What are some other terms that would help me to understand the science behind full spectrum hemp extract?
-Other compounds found on your lab analysis: Cannabichromene (CBC), Cannabidivarin (CBDV), Cannabinol (CBN) & Cannabigerol (CBG).

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are a type of fat found in coconut oil that is easy to digest and is quickly converted into ketones after consumption. Ketones are a primary fuel source for your brain and muscles. Organic MCT coconut oil can be found in most of our products, as it works as a great base oil for hemp compounds. Coconut can be a mild allergen for both people and animals, please consult your doctor/veterinarian before starting any products containing coconut oil.
9. Do your products contain any other cannabinoids from the hemp plant, such as CBDa, CBDv, CBG, and CBN.
Yes! All of our products contain a full spectrum of cannabinoids. Every component from the hemp plant can have a different effect. We recommend that you review the profile of your product, and research the difference cannabinoids present.
